before applying, make sure you have two entries in your character's journal. one should be a screened contact post that includes links to your character's biography/credits, the other should be a "friends only" post. fill this out, request membership, and you're good to go!
full name: include stage name & given name.
played-by: were they held?
age: keep your pb in mind.
username/aim sn: unlinked.
twitter link: optional.
occupation: if musician, include voice/band claim.
directory: link. biography & credits must be included.
first entry: link. can be an interview, blog entry, news article, etc.
